A Mindfulness Course

A course with interactive modules to deepen individual resilience for everyone. The goal is for team members to develop sustainable life practices that will improve their wellbeing, focus, attention, creativity, and happiness, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue, and burnout.

Drew shares his personal story: In September 2016, he underwent surgery to remove a golf ball size acoustic schwannoma brain tumor.  It has profoundly deepened Hammond & Ebersole’s work as they demonstrate in real-time the efficacy and positive impact of the practices they teach.  It is allowing them to connect with people at levels that authentically inspire and transform.  They are receiving rave reviews and feedback.
